1. Overview

These Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”) govern the use of Direct-to-Film (DTF) printing services for custom apparel provided by FabYou Clothing. By placing an order for custom apparel, you agree to comply with and be bound by these T&Cs.

2. Custom Design Submission

2.1. Customer Responsibility

• The customer is responsible for ensuring that submitted designs, images, and text comply with copyright and intellectual property laws.
• FabYou Clothing will not be held liable for any infringement claims resulting from customer-provided designs.

2.2. Design Format Requirements

• Designs must be submitted in [list file formats, e.g., PNG, JPEG, SVG] with a resolution of at least [specify resolution, e.g., 300 DPI] for optimal print quality.
• Any design modifications requested by the customer may incur additional charges.

2.3. Approval Process

• Customers will receive a digital proof for approval before printing. Production will only begin once the proof is approved.

3. Production and Delivery

3.1. Turnaround Time

• Standard production time is 3-5 business days after design approval.
• Rush orders may be available for an additional fee.

3.2. Shipping

• Delivery timelines depend on the shipping method chosen at checkout. FabYou Clothing is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

4. Returns and Refunds

4.1. Custom Orders

• Custom apparel orders are non-refundable and non-returnable unless there is a defect in the product or printing.
• If a defect is found, customers must notify FabYou Clothing within 7 days of receiving the item, providing photos of the defect.

4.2. Cancellations

• Orders can only be canceled before the design approval stage. Once approved, cancellations are not permitted.

5. Quality Disclaimer

• Slight color variations may occur due to differences in screen settings and printing processes.
• DTF printing may not be suitable for certain fabric types (e.g., heavily textured materials). Customers are encouraged to consult with FabYou Clothing if unsure.

6. Intellectual Property

• All designs created by FabYou Clothing remain the property of FabYou Clothing, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
• Customer-submitted designs will remain the intellectual property of the customer. However, FabYou Clothing reserves the right to use these designs for promotional purposes unless the customer opts out in writing.

7. Limitation of Liability

• FabYou Clothing is not responsible for issues arising from improper care of the apparel, such as incorrect washing or drying methods. Care instructions will be provided with each order.
• In no event shall FabYou Clothing be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of its services.

8. Governing Law

These T&Cs are governed by the laws of the United States of America. Any disputes arising from these T&Cs will be resolved in the courts of the United States of America.
