FabYou Clothing Refund & Return Policy

At FabYou Clothing, we take pride in providing quality apparel and custom pieces designed to inspire confidence and style. Please review our Refund & Return Policy carefully before completing your purchase.

1. Overview

This policy applies to both ready-to-wear and custom apparel purchased from shopfabyouclothing.com or through direct FabYou Clothing sales channels. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to this policy.

2. Return Eligibility

We accept returns for eligible items within 7–14 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
  • Return requests must be submitted within the return window, accompanied by your order number and reason for return.
  • Returns are subject to inspection before approval.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-made or personalized apparel (including DTF printed designs).
  • Final sale or clearance items.
  • Gift cards or digital downloads.
  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

4. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a FabYou Clothing error or product defect.
  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear on your account after processing.

5. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us at support@fabyouclothing.com before sending your return. Exchanges are processed as a new order once the original item is received and approved.

6. Custom & Made-to-Order Items

All custom, DTF-printed, or personalized orders are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded unless there is a printing or manufacturing defect. If you receive a defective item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately with your order number and photos of the issue.
  • We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

8. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or in error.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method. FabYou Clothing is not responsible for lost return packages.

9. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled before processing or design approval (for custom orders).
  • Once production has begun or a shipping label has been created, cancellations are no longer possible.

10. Sale Items

Discounted, promotional, or final sale items are non-refundable and not eligible for exchange.
