FabYou Clothing – DTF Printing Terms & Conditions

1. Overview

These Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”) govern the use of Direct-to-Film (DTF) printing services provided by FabYou Clothing LLC. By placing a custom apparel order, you agree to comply with and be bound by these T&Cs.

2. Custom Design Submission

2.1 Customer Responsibility

• Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that submitted designs, images, or text comply with copyright and intellectual property laws.
• FabYou Clothing is not liable for any infringement claims resulting from customer-provided designs.

2.2 Design Format Requirements

• Designs must be submitted in PNG, JPEG, or SVG format with a minimum resolution of 300 DPI for best results.
• Design modifications or file corrections requested by the customer may incur additional charges.

2.3 Approval Process

• Customers will receive a digital proof before printing.
• Production begins only after the proof has been approved in writing (email confirmation or portal approval).

3. Production and Delivery

3.1 Turnaround Time

• Standard production time is 3–5 business days after design approval.
• Rush orders may be available for an additional fee.

3.2 Shipping

• Delivery timelines depend on the shipping method selected at checkout.
• FabYou Clothing is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

4. Returns and Refunds

4.1 Custom Orders

• All custom apparel sales are final and non-refundable, except in cases of product defects or printing errors.
• Customers must report any defects within 7 days of receiving their order, including clear photos of the issue.

4.2 Cancellations

• Orders can be canceled only before the design approval stage.
• Once the design is approved, cancellations or refunds are not permitted.

5. Quality Disclaimer

• Slight color variations may occur due to screen differences and printing processes.
• DTF printing may not be suitable for certain fabric types (e.g., heavily textured materials). Customers are encouraged to consult with FabYou Clothing before ordering if unsure.

6. Intellectual Property

• All original designs created by FabYou Clothing remain the property of FabYou Clothing LLC unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Customer-submitted designs remain the property of the customer. However, FabYou Clothing reserves the right to display completed work for promotional purposes unless the customer opts out in writing.

7. Limitation of Liability

• FabYou Clothing is not responsible for damage caused by improper care of apparel, such as incorrect washing, drying, or handling methods. Care instructions are provided with each order.
• In no event shall FabYou Clothing LLC be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of its printing services or products.

8. Governing Law

These T&Cs are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Massachusetts.
